Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Agreement: These rules govern the contest sponsored by Beefeaters, a brand of Petrapport, Inc. No purchase is necessary to enter. The act of entering the contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judge.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of the United States and Canada outside the Province of Quebec who have attained the age of 18, except for employees, immediate families and anyone living with any employee of Petrapport Inc., its corporate affiliates and their respective officers, directors and shareholders or their advertising, promotional agencies or affiliates. You must enter online as indicated.
3. Contest: Contestants will be able to enter this contest starting on March 5, 2012. The last entry will be accepted on December 6, 2012. Entry limited to one per household. Selected contestants are chosen by random draw. The selected contestant will be contacted by email by a representative of the sponsors.
4. Weekly Prizes: Each week starting March 9, 2012 and ending on December 7, 2012, two individual entries will be drawn at random from all entries received up to and including the date of draw. There will be a total of 80 (eighty) contestants selected during the contest period (two per week for each of forty weeks). Each winning contestant will receive a $50 electronic gift card to Amazon.com (in Canada, Amazon.ca). Once awarded, the contestant will be responsible for any purchases or expenses incurred with Amazon.com (Amazon.ca in Canada) that are in excess of the awarded prize amount. Petrapport, Inc. will not be responsible for lost gift cards.
5. Release: Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to acknowledge eligibility and to confirm compliance with the rules, and to consent to the use of his or her name, dog’s name, dog’s picture and information without further compensation in any publicity carried out by the sponsors and/or their advertising and promotional agencies. The winner acknowledges that he/she is the owner of the submitted picture and acknowledges its use without further compensation.
6. Other: All decisions of the contest judge are final. The laws of New Jersey govern this contest. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify any contest or the contest rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received. Sponsors are not liable for any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in connection with this contest, including technical failures on the part of contest software, website down-time, or human error. Note that this contest is void where prohibited by law.
7. Disclaimer: Petrapport Inc. and its affiliated companies and agents disclaim any warranties, implied or otherwise, for the fitness for a particular purpose or any similar standard imposed by applicable legislation in the event any product purchased from Amazon resulting from the contestant’s use of the awarded gift card proves defective; nor do Petrapport Inc. and its affiliated companies and agents accept liability for any direct or indirect damage to property or personal injury arising directly or indirectly out of the condition or use of such product.  If any claim arising out of the condition or use of the product is made by the winning contestant, or by any one using the product, the claimant shall be restricted to pursuing such claim only against the manufacturer thereof.
